This is such a flexible plan that I have been doing for years now because it doesn’t exclude any food groups and teaches you how much you should eat, Also the containers teach you portion control for everything you eat. Now I am working on adding muscle, so I have converted to macros counting plan. I eat 30, 35, 35.  That’s 30% carbs 35% protein and 35% fat.
