These are some of my favorite programs that I have personally completed and I have gotten great results from. and the best part about this is that I could do them all from home or take it with me to the gym. I mean let’s admit that it’s hard enough to take 30-45 minutes a day for ourselves much less add driving time to it and then when you get there to the gym do you get your own personal trainer that cheers you on and leads you through the whole workout? NO!!!
